Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made in text form (e.g., email). Unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation, the following cancellation fees apply (as a percentage of the total price):

• up to 60 days before arrival: 0%
• 59 to 30 days before arrival: 30%
• 29 to 14 days before arrival: 50%
• 13 to 7 days before arrival: 80%
• from 6 days before arrival / no-show: 100%

We will make reasonable efforts to re-let the accommodation. Any replacement booking and/or saved expenses will be taken into account appropriately.

If events beyond our control occur (e.g., the accommodation becomes uninhabitable, official orders, force majeure), we may withdraw from the contract. Payments already made will be refunded. Further claims exist only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
