Welcome! To ensure that all guests have a great stay and that we can keep the accommodation in good condition, please follow the rules below.

1) Arrival and departure
Please let us know your arrival time so we can meet you for the key handover.

2) Occupancy
The accommodation may only be used by the number of guests stated in the booking. Visitors are only allowed with prior approval (e.g. due to neighbours/insurance).

3) Quiet hours & consideration
Please be considerate of neighbours, especially between 22:00 and 08:00. Loud music, party noise and similar disturbances should be avoided.

4) Parties / events
Parties and events are not allowed. In case of a breach, the stay may be terminated immediately without refund.

5) Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Please smoke only in suitable outdoor areas and use ashtrays. Do not dispose of cigarette butts in the garden/pool area (fire hazard).

6) Pets
Pets are not allowed. However, we often have many stray cats visiting the property. You are welcome to feed them.

7) Pool & outdoor area
Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children must be supervised. No glass bottles/glasses in the pool area. Please do not dry towels/swimwear directly on furniture without a protective layer (to protect materials).

8) Air conditioning, electricity & water
Please use air conditioning only with windows/doors closed. When leaving the accommodation: switch off lights and A/C. Please use water responsibly (island/summer operation).

9) Kitchen & waste
Please leave the kitchen tidy: wash dishes/start the dishwasher and dispose of food. Please take out rubbish regularly into the designated bins and separate waste where possible.

10) Towels, bed linen, inventory
Towels are intended for bathroom/pool use, not for the beach/outdoor use. Please do not rearrange furniture or move inventory outside (unless intended for outdoor use).

11) Damage & defects
Please report any damage, defects or missing items immediately so we can help quickly. Guests are liable for damage caused by themselves or their party.

12) Keys / access
Keep keys confidential. Lost keys may result in charges for replacement and/or a lock change.

13) Safety
Please close doors/windows when leaving. Avoid candles/open flames indoors. Use the grill only in designated areas and never leave it unattended.

14) Cleaning & departure
On departure, please: dispose of rubbish, leave dishes clean, roughly empty the fridge, close windows, switch off A/C and lights. Standard end cleaning is provided; excessive soiling may incur additional charges.
