The historically carefully renovated former captain's house in Rogač Bay with a beautiful garden (2500 sqm plot), pool (10m x 5m), terrace, whirlpool, sauna, and much more is picturesquely located right on the water on the quiet island of Šolta.
In the morning, take a dip in the sea from your own jetty, then enjoy a coffee on the terrace by the pool and watch the world go by on the water – there are many ways to relax and unwind in this special place.

The beach, Konoba Pasarela, the harbor pub, and a mini-market are within walking distance, and two e-bikes are available for shopping in the main town of Grohote, 2 km away. To get bread rolls from the bakery across the street, there are two stand-up paddle boards or a small rowboat.
Sightseeing and shopping in Split is stress-free with the ferry, the ferry terminal is about a 15-minute walk away and the fast ferry takes you to the port of Split in 30 minutes – and thus directly to the heart of the city: The property is in a quiet location and slightly elevated, surrounded by greenery and nature with a fantastic view over the Split Channel to the Ciovo peninsula.

The main house has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and there is also a small single room. The annex, which can be reached via a few steps, has 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms, walk-in closets, and their own additional terraces.
All rooms have their own air conditioning.
The fully equipped kitchen and living area leave nothing to be desired, and the spacious covered outdoor seating area with a mobile grill invites you to feast and relax together.

Rogac is located right in the middle of Šolta, so Maslinica with its elegant marina and many restaurants at the northwestern end and the quaint village of Stomorska with its many konobas and fishing boats at the southeastern end are both a 15-minute drive away.

For an additional charge, a private taxi boat can be arranged directly from the port at the airport to your own jetty at the house – approx. 30 minutes' drive and a wonderful start to your vacation.
